Payment problem
Your last payment didn't go through. You keep full service for a short grace period (about 3 days) while we retry — after that your bots will be paused. Fixing your payment method takes a minute.
Subscription suspended
Payment couldn't be collected, so bot activity is paused. Nothing has been deleted — your bots, settings and history are all retained. Service resumes automatically once payment succeeds.
